Authorization for the Processing of Personal Data

In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012, “which issues general provisions for the protection of personal data,” and in accordance with Decree 1377 of 2013 and any other regulations that amend, add to, or supplement them, I hereby grant prior, express, and informed authorization to Corporación Parque Explora, NIT 900145472, located at Cra 52 73-75 in the city of Medellín (Antioquia), to carry out, directly or through its contractors or partners, the processing of my personal data and of the minor I represent, including: a) collection, storage, use, transfer, circulation, and deletion; b) to use, file, fix, reproduce, publish, adapt, extract, compile, distribute, communicate, and, in general, publicly disseminate through any medium videos, sounds, and images—including the face or other body parts that allow me and/or the minor I represent to be identified—for the purpose of:

• Developing community, social, territorial, business, and other projects promoted and/or executed by the Corporation, where data is collected for population sampling, evaluation of results, impact measurements, among others.
• Evidencing participation in events, workshops, courses, entry to and/or use of the facilities.
• Sending communications, calls for applications, promotions, invitations to events, or other advertising purposes related to the Corporation’s purpose.

I declare that I am the holder of the semi-private personal data provided, with the legal capacity to grant the described authorization, which will remain in force for the time necessary to fulfill the informed purposes or until I revoke it. I do so free of charge, waiving any compensation. I affirm that the data is truthful and release Corporación Parque Explora from liability for any inaccuracy.

I acknowledge that, if sensitive data is requested, Corporación Parque Explora has informed me that I may choose whether or not to provide it. I understand that these include information that affects my privacy or may lead to discrimination, such as data about my health, sexual life, or biometrics.

I declare and warrant that Corporación Parque Explora has informed me that the personal data of the minor I represent will be processed only when: a) the processing responds to and respects the best interests of children and adolescents; and b) respect for their fundamental rights is ensured.

As the party responsible for processing, Corporación Parque Explora has informed me that I have the right to know, update, rectify, request proof of authorization, be informed about the use of my data, revoke the authorization, request its deletion where appropriate, and access it free of charge through the available channels:
