In accordance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, and other related regulations, the entity responsible for the processing of personal data collected through the website www.parqueexplora.org is: Corporación Parque Explora, NIT. 900145472, located at Cra 52 73 75 in Medellín, Antioquia. Such processing may be manual and/or automated.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the prior, express, and informed authorization of the data subject. This processing includes the collection, use, storage, circulation, administration, and deletion of personal data, for the following purposes:

Purposes of data processing

• a) The provision of services or products offered by Corporación Parque Explora, such as participation in events, workshops, courses, entry and/or use of facilities.

• d) Acquiring products or services required for the development of the Corporation’s corporate purpose.
• e) Negotiation and/or execution of contracts, agreements, partnerships, proposals, execution records, suspension records, resumption records, liquidation records, agreements, or similar legal relationships.
• f) Application and/or execution of employment contracts, apprenticeship contracts, service provision contracts, or similar.
• g) Application and/or development of activities of the Corporation’s Governing Bodies.
• h) Participation in community, social, territorial, business, and other projects promoted and/or executed by the Corporation.

Sensitive data

I acknowledge that, in the event I am asked for sensitive data, I have been informed that I have the right to answer or not to answer the questions posed and to provide or not provide the requested data.

Sensitive data includes those that affect the privacy of the data subject or whose improper use may lead to discrimination, for example: health data, sexual life data, biometric data, among others.

Rights of the data subject

Corporación Parque Explora, as the Data Controller, informs you that, as the data subject, you have the right to:

• a) Know, update, and correct your personal data before the Data Controller or Data Processor.
• b) Request proof of the authorization granted to the Data Controller, except when expressly exempted as a requirement for processing.
• c) Be informed by the Data Controller or Data Processor, upon request, of the use given to your personal data.
• d) File complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce for violations of Law 1581 of 2012 and related regulations.
• e) Revoke authorization and/or request the deletion of data when the principles and guarantees are not respected.
• f) Access your personal data, free of charge, that has been subject to processing.
