This authorization includes the processing of biometric personal data and will apply even when a contractual relationship has not been established or after it has ended, and allows the processing of data to be carried out securely and confidentially by COMFAMA or by third parties.

Remember that you are not obliged to provide personal data of minors or sensitive information about yourself and your beneficiaries.

Authorization for the Processing of Personal Data - Parque Explora

In compliance with the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012 and other related regulations that amend, add to, or complement it, I hereby grant prior, express, and informed authorization to Corporación Parque Explora, NIT 900145472-0, to carry out the processing of my personal, semi-private, and sensitive data, including collection, storage, use, and circulation, for the following purposes:

• Capture, store, and disseminate photographs, videos, or recordings in which I may appear, including my face or other characteristics that allow me to be identified, in physical or digital media (social networks, websites, newsletters, advertising or promotional material) for informational, promotional, cultural, and/or advertising purposes related to the event. • Send me information about this and future events, promotions, activities, or services offered by Corporación Parque Explora through physical or digital channels. • Conduct population sampling, evaluate results, measure impacts, and compile statistics related to this activity. • Analyze and manage my personal data through technological tools, including Artificial Intelligence applications, provided that protocols are established for their responsible use.

I declare that I am the holder of the personal data provided, with the capacity to grant the described authorization, which remains in force without territorial limitation and for the time necessary to fulfill the stated purposes, for the duration of its historical archiving, or until I revoke it. I do so free of charge, waiving any compensation. I ensure that the data is accurate and release Corporación Parque Explora from liability for any inaccuracy.

I acknowledge that, if sensitive data is requested, Corporación Parque Explora has informed me that I may choose whether or not to provide it. I understand that this includes information that affects my privacy or could lead to discrimination, such as data about my health, sexual life, or biometrics.
